      I have an above average networking setup at home. My internet was not working so I called Michael and he helped me diagnose over the phone that it was the failed cloud key router. He gave me a couple of options and then arrived a week later with the UCG-Max I'd chosen. He installed it, reconnected the Access Points around the house and made sure all my other systems were working. As I wanted to self-manage the network, he explained how everything works as he went along and potential issues in the future for my awareness.

    I needed to wipe clean and destroy an old Apple computer. I contacted PC man, who arrived at the agreed time to collect the computer. PC man promptly issued the required destruction certificate. Perfect service.

    Michael did an excellent job helping me to set up a new laptop and transfer data from the old one. It wasn't a straightforward job so he had to find ways around some unexpected challenges. He did this calmly and expertly. Just what we need from a 'PC Man'. Very happy with his service.

    Excellent service! After reading the good reviews online, I contacted PC Man to see if they could help with our home WIFI network. It had gone down in parts of the house. Michael was proactive before his visit by ordering a new switch in case it would be needed and therefore he would be able to resolve the issue in one visit. As it turned out the switch wasn’t required and the fault was with our internal cabling equipment. Michael quickly identified the fault and fixed it. He made sure everything was up and running before he left. He went way beyond what I had expected. All was good in one visit. I would highly recommend PC Man.

    Engineer was very helpful in sorting out Outlook problems  following my transfer to a new Windows PC.  It took one home visit plus one remote session to fix all the issues, but I am very pleased with the outcome.  Would certainly recommend PC Man!

    PC man visited us to set up a brand new Lenovo laptop and to connect all the peripherals (docking station, screen, camera, headphones, connect to the wifi etc etc), to activate MS office, anti virus, email, download all our files from the cloud.  It was a quick, efficient job, everything now works perfectly and I have no hesitation at all to highly recommend their services. I know I will rely on them for any future IT requirements or issues.

    Printer issue - cartridges not works due to chip error message. Michael was great, came out prompt and was very knowledgeable. Managed to identify the issue and come up with a solution.

    I had a malware issue on my laptop.  Very happy with the service provided.  Quick response to emails, arrived on time as planned and sorted out my virus issue within the one hour booking slot.  Fees are very reasonable.  Overall highly recommend.

    Found on the web and what a lucky find!  Michael is amazing, patient and highly professional.  He really knows his stuff and completely overhauled our home system so it can provide signal and speed across the building for two working parents and three adult children, all using it at the same time.  He also fixed my Sonos and gave me a spare unit so I had something working for a Xmas party - how rare is kindness like that these days?.   Highly recommended.

    Very pleased with the service provided by this company. As somebody with limited understanding or knowledge of different wifi systems, Michael was able to explain clearly to me the options available to replace the existing poor wifi in my property. Living in a upper floor maisonette in an old house in Kensington, presented challenges regarding access etc, but the installation  works subsequently carried out were done with minimum disruption and mess. I would highly recommend PC Man.

    Great service - went out of their way to find a time slot quickly.
