Michael has been great. Our house was in a broadband black-spot: despite being in South London we were not connected to a cabinet and so could not get fibre. As such, in 2018 Michael helped us install a leased line, plus industrial quality cabled WiFi network throughout the house. He was then on hand over the next few years to service it, upgrade it and deal with problems. When the lock-down hit and we were all at home, we couldn’t have done it without our IT set-up. Would recommend without hesitation.
