The onsite WiFi survey costs £195, which is fully redeemable against your final installation invoice. This means if you proceed with the installation, the survey is effectively free – you’re simply paying for the professional assessment upfront.
Your survey includes an onsite consultation with our engineer, full property assessment, discussion of your requirements and usage patterns, testing of existing internet service, comprehensive system design, recommended equipment specifications, and a fixed-price installation quotation. The system design is yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed.
Most home WiFi surveys take 1-2 hours depending on property size and complexity. We schedule appointments at times convenient for you.
No. The survey provides you with a professional assessment and system design that’s yours to keep. There’s no obligation to proceed with installation, though most homeowners choose to once they understand the solution and fixed pricing.

Michael has been great. Our house was in a broadband black-spot: despite being in South London we were not connected to a cabinet and so could not get fibre. As such, in 2018 Michael helped us install a leased line, plus industrial quality cabled WiFi network throughout the house. He was then on hand over the next few years to service it, upgrade it and deal with problems. When the lock-down hit and we were all at home, we couldn’t have done it without our IT set-up. Would recommend without hesitation.

After many years of unreliable Wi-Fi performance, I asked Michael Holland at PC Man to visit and undertake a full review of our existing kit. He made recommendations which have allowed us to have a robust, strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house, including some areas which never were able to detect the Wi-Fi signal. Excellent service! After reading the good reviews online, I contacted PC Man to see if they could help with our home WIFI network. It had gone down in parts of the house. Michael was proactive before his visit by ordering a new switch in case it would be needed and therefore he would be able to resolve the issue in one visit. As it turned out the switch wasn’t required and the fault was with our internal cabling equipment. Michael quickly identified the fault and fixed it.
