Michael has been great. Our house was in a broadband black-spot: despite being in South London we were not connected to a cabinet and so could not get fibre. As such, in 2018 Michael helped us install a leased line, plus industrial quality cabled WiFi network throughout the house. He was then on hand over the next few years to service it, upgrade it and deal with problems. When the lock-down hit and we were all at home, we couldn’t have done it without our IT set-up. Would recommend without hesitation.
Michael came to evaluate issues with my internet and to see whether any updates or upgrades could assist as we were having significant issues . Michael gave me a clear set of options and pricing which was easy to understand. He finished the first phase yesterday and I was delighted with the service. He sorted out all the kit in the property and made a mass of untidy and unsightly cabling vanish . He explained what he was doing and why , and as I work at home went to great trouble to ensure the internet down time was minimised .
